The room was great-sized with a great breakfast. A sofa and coffee were a nice touch. The location couldn't be more quiet and ideal by the Sea.

Fairly clean hotel, compact rooms, excellent and perfect location also close to everything we need. The rooms with all the required facilities. Simply nothing to complain about, really nice stay.

Clean sheets in the single room, basic but adequate for a short stay. The shared bathroom has a stand-up shower, though it's a trek to get there.
The lock on the bedroom door is a hassle, especially late at night. There's also no guarantee of timely access. One traveler had issues on arrival, with no keys available and being locked out. The lack of food options on the premises limits convenience.

Hartlepool vibes 🌊✨
The staff were super friendly, and I was keen on the portable radiator for those chilly nights. Plenty of tea and coffee to keep me cozy while the other guests were respectful & quiet. Perfect for recharging after a long day!
Nothing much to complain about, but the shared bathroom was a bit of a jaunt.

Hassles with room availability prior to check-in!!! Parking access is a nightmare after hours due to the locked gate!!! Poor communication on entry codes adds unnecessary stress!!!

I was horrified to find that the shower required me to sit down-a bit beneath my dignity! Good luck trying to enter your room with that faulty lock, just awful! As a guest expecting special treatment woudl ve been nice to be upgraded for such inconveniences, but alas, no. Nearly gave a decent review but just couldn't.

pleasant stay with minor setbacks
The room felt warm and comfortable, with a reliable hot shower every time. I loved having plenty of tea and coffee supplies available. The quiet atmosphere really helped me to rest well at night. Other guests showed great consideration and respect. I also appreciated the nice little patio where I could enjoy some fresh air.
The check-in process felt a bit unclear, as I had some confusion with the entry code.

I really enjoyed my stay-the bathroom was clean, and I loved the cozy reading nook in the lobby where I could unwind after a busy day. There's also a nice little patio if you want to catch some fresh air or sip a coffee outside. The Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

I stayed in the Economy Single Room with Shared Bathroom for 7 nights. The room was warm and comfy, nothing luxurious, but it did the job nicely. Super quiet,. I really appreciated the portable radiator since the main one was on the fritz the first night. Hot showers were consistent, and there was tons of tea and coffee supplies. Great little guest house overall!
